The best way I think I have come up with for California and any other state than has had the government taking land that does belong to them, see it unconstitutional, Sue a dead President his name was Teddy Roosevelt, he started by taking the first one because he wanted to preserve it. There was nothing in the constitution that would allow him to do so. See just because they did it doesn't mean you can sue the crap out of them dead or alive. There is a rule for the federal Gov that does not mean they can just say, that going to be a National park. I have been a taxpayer who has no way to go to most parks, and they have made some illegal to go too. States can run their own parks that are there in their state's time to think out of the box.

I not from the west so, getting involved is impossible for me, just have some people who are constitutional scholars to look into the feasibility of suing to regain power over your own land in your states. There is no reason for the federal gov nor should there be unless it is a fort to gain power over forest or parks they created to say it Federal when federal was never given the power to own anything except what was given and laid out in the confederation papers and the Constitution. It means no more than and no less than what was listened.

Well, this meeting was held in the land of Gen Flynn. What you say is true. No doubt the govt is corrupt and infiltrated, but is it too late to fix? Odds appear low in Commiefornia that it could ever happen.
