I got mine at the pharmacy where it was just pharmacists like any other vaccine. They may have just had them for show early on to put people at ease or in case somebody had an allergic reaction like with any other vaccine. The odds of that happening at a large site probably warranted having an emt on site since odds say you might have 1 or 2 allergic reactions.
