I brought this up in the hospital a couple months back. I was signing paper work before they put me under and the nurse asked if I would accept a blood transfusion. I asked her if the vaxxed were giving blood or if there is a way to tell if you are getting vaxxed blood. She seemed genuinely curious and said "you know I've never thought about that, that's a good question" but didn't have an answer. I refused the blood transfusion. This is a very important question that needs a solid answer on what these blood collecting agencies are doing and what there protocol is.
