Message Subject I'm advertising to hire healthcare workers and my post reads NO CORONA VACCINE REQUIRED!
Poster Handle LookinUp1
Post Content
Washington State Governor Insley requiring all healthcare workers and more to get "fully vaccinated" by mid October. Lots of people out of work now and during times when we have already had severe healthcare worker shortages. Guess what???
I say eat a can of worms Governor! My job post has received a lot of interested applicants in the last few hours! I bet that I am finally going to get highly qualified workers who don't want to get the jab and who have been told they will lose their jobs or get that clot shot. All my staff will get religious waivers signed as a requirement for employment. I will secure a lawyer to be ready to defend our company from this injustice shall we need the help. BTW-if an employee wants a job and is vaccinated, they will also be considered for hire but I will prioritize the unvaxxed who would otherwise not have a job elsewhere as many of these larger healthcare facilities are following the communistic orders of these trader Governors.
Sit and spin on it gov!

Hello. I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in telemetry, medsurg, and geriatrics. Also PD trained. It is nice to meet you. Employer is going to fire me soon for refusing the clotshot.

I wish I could afford someone like you! Resist the clotshot. Get a religious exemption. Contact local professionals in your area and find out who will accept you without a required vaccine...
Stand tuff and say NO, no matter what circumstance do NOT take those shots! Your resisting will pay off down the road.
Under no circumstance should you quit. If anything, provide your employer a written and notarized document stating that you are not quitting and refuse to take that shot. Present the employer with an exemption. If they fire you, then you have a good chance at gettiing unemployment in court if you challenge it. I beleive there will be big lawsuits across the USA.
If you still get fired and can't get unemployment, someone somewhere will hire you.
I'm so sorry for the discrimination you are facing. The state may try to shut down my business but I will fight even so. My father in heaven will battle for me and everything works for my good.

Everything here in commie land is going to require the clot shot for workers so my kids and I will starve. I would be willing to relocate. I work 15 16 hours with no help and no break in high stress conditions every shift, I can handle a lot.

Here is the email we got today from the hospital I work for.

On Monday, Aug. 23, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted full approval to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. As a result, our COVID-19 vaccination policy will take effect Tuesday, Aug. 24. All colleagues, including remote workers, must receive their first dose or have submitted a medical or religious exemption request by Sept. 14. All colleagues who are not approved for exemption must complete the vaccine series by Oct. 19.

The Pfizer vaccine is available at all of our vaccine clinics.

Exemption requests
Medical exemption requests will be approved or denied by employee health services. Religious exemption requests will be approved or denied by legal services. Call the employee health services office nearest to you to obtain an exemption request form:

Colleagues who have not been vaccinated or approved for exemption by Oct. 19 will be deemed to have resigned and will not be eligible to appeal the decision through the Fair Treatment Process Policy.

For more information about our COVID-19 and influenza vaccine policies, read the FAQ and talking points.

My business is for elderly and I am hiring caregivers CNA's and home care aids. Can you claim a religious exemption? I found medical waivers and religious waivers online. You can get free legal counsel and help through Lombino Martino and Legal Shield. I pay just $25 a month and they are always there for me. They will guide you and help you write the exemption. Maybe a company like that can help?
