Wait.....say it ain't so.....other countries can impose restrictions on immigration?.......lol.....
Funny how MANY countries can have regulations like age, occupation, wealth, criminal record,etc etc......

Why 45? At that age, most people wishing to immigrate may be expected to be active and productive, and probably have some financial reserves.
