WARNING - The current Pfizer vaccine, Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine, has NOT been FDA approved and it will remain Emerergency Authorize Use (EAU). The NEW Pfizer vaccine that IS approved by the FDA is called Pfizer Comirnaty Vaccine and it is NOT AVAILABLE YET! Don't be fooled by what mainstream media or others are assuming.

An employer can only mandate a FDA approved vaccine, not EAU. There is no FDA approved vaccine available right now, only the current EAU! The new FDA approved Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine does NOT have a government Liability Shield. Only the current EAU version has a Liability Shield and the FDA approved one does not get it. This is why they were forced to use a different name. Pfizer is therefore unlikely to allow anyone to take the new Comirnaty vaccine until it can somehow arrange immunity for this product.
