According to Dr Malone (he developed mRNA technology) says the vaccine is still under EUA and that the approved drug was a different drug. He said the government just flat out lied.

Their willful misconduct leaves them open to lawsuits.

They did a ruse which is also illegal. Pfizer is still EU, emergency use only.

Comirnarty is the one they approved. Another similar Pfizer product that has not been produced yet and still needs to complete heart study tests. Dr. Malone took this to mean it is a place holder approval, and it can't be fully approved until it completes those tests. 2023 and 2024. Though others interpreted it to mean that its approved first, and could come out sometime this year, and tests later.

Its completely illegal what they did.

You can't use emergency use vaccines if there is a licensed product.

Now that was done to encourage mandates with the illusion of safety.

But still all drugs out are EU. Alot of insurance doesn't cover them.

They have sweeping immunity against lawsuits for EU drugs.

When the other comes out, they won't have immunity for lawsuits.

So its highly unlikely the other will be coming out any time soon.
