I read that you shouldn’t take over 40 mg a day. It can cause some bad side effects. I was taking 50, but now I’m switching to 30 and I’m taking Quercetin with it because it’s a zinc ionophore and will help the zinc be usable by your cells. I take zinc sulphate.
