i pictured a mushroom cloud in the sky today while i was out on the lake about 7ish today. out far enough just glancing up leaves nothing but a pale blue grey sky.

If the Singularity can not be prevented or confined, just how bad could the Post-Human era be? Well ... pretty bad. The physical extinction of the human race is one possibility. there is no post human era.. we continue on .. what would there be to see if the planet is not human occupied.. Think people. The mind control is extreme... if the planet did a 20 degree axis shift.. there could be no humans here for 3000 years though or only a very few to survive.
