At the end of the video, it seems like there’s a culvert running underneath that light pole. Maybe it’s a metal lined culvert giving that light pole a greater affinity for lightning at that location due to that locations enhanced grounding. Once the air from the first lightning strike is ionized, following pulses would be likely to follow the same path.
