Whose country is it? If you came into this world on this land you don't acknowledge the public land as yours? If you went to "Europe of something" you would lose all of your rights and more.

No one can tell you how to live and what to do on your land if you know who your are. I apologize, I misread your posting. You are correct and anyone regardless of their DNA who is born in a particular place is native to that place. That is where they were put by the Creator and they have a right to be there because the Creator is for all of the children of the planet not just, as now seems to the case in Canada, those who qualify for a federally issued status number. I am myself a mixed race non-status native Canadian who became strongly attached to the public lands of BC as a result of spending over two decades working on reforestation contracts.
