You are worthy of Hell being a sinner. Being born again starts with humility and true repentance. Then, when Jesus deems you worthy, you are gifted The Holy Spirit. Then, and only then, you are born again.

Been born again starts with Jesus Sacrifice he made at Calvary, His shed Blood is what cleanses us and makes us worthy, through his work his death burial and resurrection Sins are forgiven, we are made worthy by his Blood, his righteousness is credited to us, the Holy Spirit is the seal of eternal life, All you have to do is believe in Jesus and you can have eternal Life, its really that simple, but you didn't present the Gospel at all just repackaged works hidden behind your false humility and repentance, its when you believe that Jesus died for your sins was buried and rose from the grave you can have eternal life, you didn't present that you put conditions and you started with humility, you presented a false Gospel
