He seemed happy and all right could be code for he committed suicide.

If you want to travel over seas or live in a foreign country like China then yes most likely he was vaccinated with this bio weapon. Given he worked for the government he probably believed the phony narrative put out by German government about covid and got the real vaxx like a good little brainwashed sheep.

If he died of natural causes they would mention it and where to make donations for example to the Heart and Stroke foundation. When they don't mention any accident or natural causes or any suggestion it was suicide or murder you would have to think it was a vaxx and they are covering up for it. Watch the language used or the lack there of in this case and this suggests it was the vaxx without them even saying it.
