I don't know if I can recover from this, my breathing is so bad

It does nothing for me that I can tell. My lungs are still screwed up from the Covid I had at the start of this mess. Although they have gotten better in the last couple weeks when I believe I got a new case of Covid. I hammered it with the recommended dose of Ivermectin (.4 mg/kg/day) for 3 days and also an antibiotic, D3, Zinc and Quercetin.
