I know people think that remaining calm is some ploy to further fuck us, but I honestly think remaining calm is actually the smartest thing we could do right now. They are VERY clearly trying to antagonize and provoke.
Most of us are smart enough to understand 2A was never meant to be an offensive instrument. Just look at what happened with the whole Jan. 6th bullshit? Nevermind that we would lose it all big time if we were to go on the offensive but it's also not how we're going to secure the future we want, we must evolve (in my opinion, anyway, FWIW).

It wasn't utilized in even the slightest way, on January 6th.
In fact, the ONLY gunshot to ring out on the 6th was when Ashley Babbit was murdered.
Although I disagree with her methods, at least she died a freedom loving veteran and patriot.

I've always wondered where we'd be right now if those 500,000 people at the capital that day, had all been armed. I wonder if Ashley would be alive, and tyrants would still be tightening the noose around your neck.
You're absolutely right that the 2nd A should only be used defensively. But at what point does one feel as if your well-being, your nation, your freedom, and your future is being directly threatened?
I have always wondered if Americans really will wait until they are being systematically rounded up, like in the "former" Soviet Union. Because by then, it is too late.
I'm way too old and incapacitated do anything except defend myself the best I can. The LAST thing I want to see in my remaining years (if that) is war in AmeriKa. But I wonder if young people are content with the future that they seem hell-bent on enabling.
Seems far more like a living nightmare, than a desirable "future".
