It's fermented cabbage in water and salt. It's got more pro-biotics (good bacteria) than anything on the market. In just a tablespoon. Then, with the sauerkraut, eat some asparagus. The good bacteria from sauerkraut FEEDS on the fiber from asparagus and it makes for a marriage made in intestinal heaven. I make a wrap 2 -3 times a week. Herbal wrap. Such as spinach etc. -2 eggs whipped or beaten in a dish with some Worcestershire sauce, a tad bit of balsamic vinegar, garlic salt and black peppercorn pepper with some parmesan sprinkled in to keep the eggs moist when cooking them (scrambled) -Some chicken or meat such as sausage fried up in a pan in butter - Fry the asparagus as well in the butter a bit - Put some mayo and Dijon mustard spread over the wrap lightly as it's yummy that way - DO NOT COOK THE SAUERKRAUT (it will kill the pro-biotics!!!) Just use about 3 table spoons and spread it across the wrap in a line - Then put all the ingredients in the wrap and sprinkle some more parmesan or whatever cheese you want on it and wrap it up. It's SOOOOO yummy!! Do that a couple times a week and your poos will be amazing and you will feel much better as mood is also controlled by your gut. You're welcome!!!
