It's fermented cabbage in water and salt. It's got more pro-biotics (good bacteria) than anything on the market. In just a tablespoon. Then, with the sauerkraut, eat some asparagus. The good bacteria from sauerkraut FEEDS on the fiber from asparagus and it makes for a marriage made in intestinal heaven. I make a wrap 2 -3 times a week. Herbal wrap. Such as spinach etc. -2 eggs whipped or beaten in a dish with some Worcestershire sauce, a tad bit of balsamic vinegar, garlic salt and black peppercorn pepper with some parmesan sprinkled in to keep the eggs moist when cooking them (scrambled) -Some chicken or meat such as sausage fried up in a pan in butter - Fry the asparagus as well in the butter a bit - Put some mayo and Dijon mustard spread over the wrap lightly as it's yummy that way - DO NOT COOK THE SAUERKRAUT (it will kill the pro-biotics!!!) Just use about 3 table spoons and spread it across the wrap in a line - Then put all the ingredients in the wrap and sprinkle some more parmesan or whatever cheese you want on it and wrap it up. It's SOOOOO yummy!! Do that a couple times a week and your poos will be amazing and you will feel much better as mood is also controlled by your gut. You're welcome!!! Just switch the pickle for asparagus and have a side of live sauerkraut and pickled red cabbage then. Check' [link to www.daringgourmet.com (secure)] |

Yet your colon is not your entire digestive system. Multistage plug flow reactor; hardest to digest such as heavy lipids are tackled in latter stages. Digestion involves acid treatment with retention. If carbonated beverages are consumed, the estomac sphincter opens prematurally and dumps an ill-prepared load. Irregularities lead to: -carb fermentation to alcohols -protein putrifaction and ptomaine -lactose curdling; lactobacilli infection -oil oxidation and rancidness Retention and irregularities in passing stools lead to many major diseases; simply due to reabsorption through digestive wall membranes. Additionally, cultures engaged in excessive 'pasta/rice' diets result in intestinal wall linings pasted with absorption barriers (blocking nutrients, medecines, water, etc. |

Only plants were wild berries eaten trailside, and coconut oil, olive oil and MCT oil. Just this year of 2021 I re-introduced Jasmine rice to my diet and still have near zero gas. I currently consume near zero fiber, 2lbs of grass-fed butter a week, 3-4 dozen local organic soy-free eggs a week, and 4-5lbs local grass-fed beef a week. Never constipated and again, near zero gas. I do take a tablespoon of coconut oil each day and about 2 tablespoons of MCT oil from coconut each day. Also a Tablespoon and a half of Cod Liver oil. I weigh 163lbs at 6'2". |
