They saw a mushroom cloud , it is common to assume it's a nuke, but the top blasting off a volcano can also look like a mushroom cloud.

We have had a very large solar filament release this A.M.
plus possible TWO extremely large gamma ray bursts between
8:00 and 9:00 A.M. today. The link for the gamma ray burst

UTC time (10:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC)--the constellations
locations are not included yet.

Nemesis Maturity gave a wonderful report on the solar filament
release. A biggie that is reported to have been 20% the size
of the sun's surface. THAT'S HUGE.

So...lots of energy is incoming to trigger and eruption
if it is close.
