I’m near DC does anyone know or care to share their thoughts on if we will be protected from the tsunami by the Delmarva peninsula?

The initial wave will wash over Delaware and the surge will push through the Chesapeake Bay and run through the Potomac like a firehose. Make your plans to run for the mountains west. Thank you. Already have a bugout bag and 2 coolers packed, and several cases of water already in the car. First notice of this thing blowing, I’m out. I figure I’ll have a 2 hour head start on the masses.
