Ah, fired for personal misconduct. I didn't think he'd be fired for creating the plot against Whitmer, that's exactly what his bosses wanted him to do.

Only 1 in 10,000 applicants gets chosen to attempt to become an FBI agent. About half of those don’t make it. So this tells me two things: The FBI screening process sucks and the depravity of their force should cause concern for all of us.

The lead FBI agent credited with thwarting a plot to kidnap Michigan's Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer no longer works for the bureau – and a news report claims he was fired after allegedly beating his wife following the couple’s attendance at a swingers’ party.

The case against the alleged kidnappers is going to fall apart very quickly. Suddenly the account of events from the kidnappers is more believable than the FBI's.
