yesterday on quick drive to lunch this 18-20 y.o. man super normal and healthy looking completely ran stop sign outside of his apartments and suddenly stopped middle of the road instead of turning left or right

I got out to offer help because he was moving his hands around kind of funny, and something didnt seem right. just seemed really confused and he needed to reverse his car out of the main road which he did with no problem. could have been dehydrated or a diabetic? but nobody with a condition like this should be on the road, absolutely no exceptions.

it was........ weird. not under the impression he was on any substances however i could be wrong.

edit- if this is what to come on a global scale, we are absolutely fucked beyond belief

Unless you exchange bodily fluids is it likely these prions can be transmitted to a person,,,like via the air?

I do realize that if a person preparing food sneezes or coughs on your food...that is bad as for transmission.
