I live in a county adjacent to both Cleburne and Faulkner. I personally know both Sheriff Brown and Sheriff Ryals. Sheriff Brown has testified in legislative committees in support of state's rights and state sovereignty bills. I believe his heart and beliefs are in the right place.

However, the Arkansas legislature passed a bill, and Hutchinson signed it into law, that prevents any city or county, as well as the state and all government agencies, from mandating covud vaccines for their employees. An Arkansas sheriff cannot mandate the vaccine as it's a violation if state law. As far as the federal mandate goes, Cleburne County is not heavily populated and I am 99% sure there is no way the sheriff's department has more than 100 employees......so none of this is likely to affect that department anyway.
