Why Do Women Constantly Compliment Each Other On Social Media?

I see it daily, it's almost OCD, stalking kind of comments, but they do it over, and over. Is it for attention, likes, the need to get compliments themselves, insecurity, fear they don't exist somehow? I just don't get it. Girls: "OMG you look so beautiful" When in fact they're fat, bloated, and look like they need a crash diet, and greens for 5 months straight. Girls: "Hey, sexy looking great today" Guys thinking: I just don't see it, are they drunk/high. Girls: "So pretty" Guys: looks like another like fest to get likes back in the future.  For years women had low self esteem because they were fat or ugly or both. Now they are given more opportunity, especially American and Western European women, than any human that's ever lived on Earth, and consequently don't have low self esteem. So they have to remind each other to fake low self esteem, and this is how they remind each other to keep faking it. Otherwise, they couldn't continue counting themselves as one of the oppressed classes.
