Seems very targeted to 5/9/14 eyes countries:

USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Holland, France, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Spain....

What do those populations have in common? They are predominately Caucasian.
