Whatever the case, whether Brian was there or had gone to Florida, it's not really material to Gabby's murder. It's just interesting from the perspective of their relationship. All of this shit about wifi and Uber Eats is also unimportant other than to place Gabby in SLC on the date.

“It is my understanding that the arrest warrant for Brian Laundrie is related to activities occurring after the death of Gabby Petito and not related to her actual demise," Laundrie attorney Steven Bertolino told Fox News Digital.

I just listened to Gabby’s dad—Joseph Petito—on Nancy Grace’s podcast from today. I’ve linked the episode below and the particular part I’m referencing begins at 23 minutes.

He talks about how he ordered Domino’s for her through the Domino’s app on the 21st (not Uber Eats) to Salt Lake City, Utah. Initially he said he ordered it for her because she was having trouble with connecting to service, but then talks about how she FaceTimed him when she was eating the Domino’s in addition to seeking his tech help for her Nomadic Statik page. He made it sound like she was in the same hotel they both checked out of on the 24th.

Assuming her dad is telling the truth (we have zero reason to believe there’s any foul play within her immediate family), and assuming it is confirmed that BL was in Florida August 17-23, then BL would not have been there when she was FaceTiming her dad at dinner.

It just seems bizarre to me that he wouldn’t have noticed that 1) BL wasn’t there 2) that she was eating dinner alone or 3) that BL wasn’t helping her troubleshoot the email.

Wouldn’t he be concerned his daughter was all alone without access to food halfway across the country?

Also...mom refers to Brian as "the boyfriend." Not her fiance. Interesting. I wonder if the fiance thing was just a ruse to convince police (after the Wildflower incident) that they were a happy couple?

For God's sake, she was in a hotel, had a vehicle, had credit cards and was communicating with her dad. How in the hell does that equate to "all alone without access to food"?

So regarding finding Brian... it's pretty safe to say, one of two things are true:

1. A friend or family member is providing a safe house.

2. He is on the road or in the woods hiding.

At this point, #1 is unlikely as there is an awful lot of heat on him at the moment and not many people would be willing to take that risk especially with how much evidence there is against him.

So for point #2, it would be pretty easy for him to avoid detection if he's in an untraceable vehicle as long as he wore a mask when getting gas and used self checkout at a grocery store to buy food.

He's only been on the run for a week, it's easy to keep that much food and water in a car.

His real problem will be getting pulled over, no way around that.

If he can avoid accidental contact with law enforcement, well... he's used to hippying around in a van. He could hide in plain sight for a good long time.

But sooner or later, his luck is going to run out.

The FBI probably is watching his and his parent's financial records, maybe even family members.

Or at least is looking at any rentals made by anyone connected to a Laundrie family member or friend in the area.

But maybe a cousin has a van, or a friend that he hasn't had contact with in a while has a spare vehicle?

I'm sure the FBI has thought of all of this, but they can only dig so far legally.
