Exactly. Arrest him on grand theft for the van until the evidence is enough to charge him for her murder. How can he be charged with grand theft if they are a couple and he has access and permission to use the van. it was not legally his van. He left the scene of a crime with a van that did not belong to him. There is no proof of that whatsoever. Even a shitty DUI lawyer would have those charges dropped in a few hours. And you get bail when you are in jail for anything other than murder. There is a reason there are no warrants for his arrest... They don't have enough evidence for one. |
