Mayor tells entire school board “resign or you will be charged for distributing CHILD PORN!!

I was trying to see from the judge’s perspective, what actually was the crime? What would the school board members be charged with?
I think the main purpose of the example assignment about writing a sex story they wouldn’t tell their parents, and then one they would, was to teach the student that it’s OK to deceive their parents.
Maybe I’m reading too much between the lines on this. Don’t we all have things we did as teens that we didn’t tell our parents about?
Maybe this is a conservative mayor was just looking for a reason to confront a liberal school board...
And when school board members are up for election in their local communities, why don’t they designate if they are a Rep or Dem? At least they don’t where I live.

Some context would be useful. Firstly what subject? Fashion studies? Art? Sex education? Biology? 3d graphics? History?

Mayor Craig Shubert made the statement during Monday night's board of education meeting after multiple parents complained about the content of some writing prompts contained in a book called "642 Things to Write About" provided to high school students who are taking a college credit course called Writing in the Liberal Arts II.

Parents said there was a prompt that asked students to "write a sex scene you wouldn't show your mom," and another which said "rewrite the sex scene from above into one that you'd let your mom read."

Another prompt asked students to drink a beer and describe how it tastes. Parents said they felt these writing prompts and others were not appropriate for high school students.

Keep in mind these same school boards along with local government approval say they have the authority to vax your kids without parental consent or knowledge.

outrage about written materiels for teenagers, what about what they're shoving in the faces and the ears of little kids nowadays in public schools? I'm not going to jump into the mud puddle and post any of it here, but it's not hard to find online.

That Mayor WAS, obviously, talking out his ASS.

WHAT Judge would 'make a ruling' on something that was NOT part of an actual trial, AND officially entered into evidence??

IF one ACTUALLY did that, they would almost certainly LOSE their position as a Judge.
