I read a yahoo article earlier today which mentioned that the van was Gabby's.

Utah Police stating they were called to an incident a couple weeks prior to her disappearance.


But they don't say what the "incident" was.

When I first heard his voice on a video of theirs, I knew.

That was an interesting tidbit.


Basically 2 possibilities:


1) They had some sort of dispute that was witnessed and someone called it in

2) They were visibly in some sort of distress or drug induced state that caused someone's red flags to go off and they called them in

Going off of what I see it seems like this dude is some sort of Personality Type B where everything seems good but then someone eats your granola or leaves the chocolate out in the sun [link to youtu.be (secure)] and next thing you know shit ain't cool in your 5x6 existence on wheels and before you know it, you lost your girlfriend and are back at mommy and daddy's house hiding out.

she seems very high in her photos. nature lover that likes to wake and bake. maybe somebody called the police on them for taking their "trail blazing" a little too literally. however, i dont think this punk would kill the young lady over weed. no, i think if anything, it was an argument that hurt the guy's ego. she seemed awfully lovey dovey in the videos towards him so i dont see her telling him she wasnt in love. perhaps she admitted to a previous fling and he got upset? only time will tell (or the little prick could tell too)

While misunderstandings are possible, it's also a common thing for couples to deny anything if law enforcement shows up.

I went to read the log from 8/12 since that was a date confirmed by police for previous "complaint"

between August 6 and 12:

"8/12 There was a dispute between a couple in the process of a divorce over the use of their shared vehicle. TCSO is investigating whether the case is a criminal or civil matter.
8/12 there was a false report of someone pulling a gun on someone else. it was determined that the individual had never removed the firearm from its holster.
8/12 A driggs caller reported hearing screaming in the area. Deputies were unable to locate the source of the sound but suspected it was a group of teens who had been terrorizing the area."
