At least they wouldn't be able to change the vote & you could always make sure the vote counted was actually who you voted for Coldkidc |

Blockchain is a distributed ledger - it can't be changed once the block is added because it's on every machine that is connected to that blockchain. The only way it could be changed would be if they changed it on more than half of the machines that were connected....a lot harder than say making 100000 fake paper ballots and stuffing the box Blockchain is virtually fraud proof once the network is big enough Besides - you would be able to look it up on the public blockchain and make sure your vote was counted correctly - no way for them to change that...
