=117,236 votes for YES per percentage reported
times 48 to reach 100% would be an expected additional votes for YES
5,627,328 plus original 2,225,915 at 52% mark would be total real votes for YES as 7,853,243.

NO votes per % 4,530,002 divided by 52 (% reporting) equals
238,139 per %. times 48 to get remaining 100% 11,430,672. But NO votes did not go up in the latest 3% update; they stayed the same. Once all his fake votes are in, the people out in the fields are not voting NO. His 3% reporting = 0. So if we do zero for the rest of the night

YES 7,853,243 NO 11,430,672 (assuming he kept same average but he did not - last update he got no votes)
