This guy is bona fide.
I buried my mother - old age - in early 2018. I made the arrangements with the funeral directors. It was a long winded & fairly complicated affair because she was one of the 5% [ he mentioned 95% are cremations in the UK ] burials, and the burial was to take place in another country, so I had a lot of face to face meetings,calls, etc. over many weeks
The firm I dealt with were exactly like this guy, conscientious, respectful, decent.
He is IMO absolutely relling the truth.
The only person I personally know of as a "covid " victim is my best friends elderly auntie who died in a care home in the first wave.
Said best friend despite health issues off the wall was given the vaccine went straight into anaphylaxis, spent 3 days in ICU, but thankfully survived.
