Re: This is quite possibly the last few days before the Rapture
It just seems wierd that people think the bible tells them to go out and preach the gospel, even die a martyrs death, horribly in most cases, and to do it with a glad heart, only for all the ones that have a the knowledge to just run away when shit gets rough and people really need them, and can still be saved.

Lol.

It just doesnt make sense to me.
 Quoting: Radagast the Brown

What does make sense to you? You don't believe that God is in control, in fact, you think so highly of yourself to think He needs you to help out after HE rescues HIS BRIDE.
 Quoting: Grundig

Man, you've got me all wrong.

This is what I have experienced in most churches.

They hate people that wont buy their pre trib rapture nonsense.

I've been escorted out of church by cops for politely disagreeing with a PhD pastor.

He screamed at me as the were walking me out "I have a phd!".

Lol.

Whatever man, think whatever makes you feel good.

You dont know me, and yet you judge.

How very mainstream christian of you.

Make sure you put lots in the collection plate for new jets, 14 million dollar Homes, armed guards and Lamborghinis.

Lol.

And these are the people that think are "the bride of Jesus".

What a joke.
 Quoting: Radagast the Brown

I don't hate you. That's you assuming things you do not know about people you do not know again. You've done it in other posts and then you indict all of the Rapture-believing world. It's your MO and then you "LOL".

Don't mistake someone calling you out as hatred. A lot of people care about you and many more here pray for you but never post a reply to you. As well as many people you know and don't know, and people that watched being dragged from a church. You think you know so much, you're not as humble as you've deceived yourself into believing.

Apparantly it's when millionaire pastors that live a life fleecing their flock for every last penny get taken to heaven by Jesus to live an even more privileged existence.

Rapture is nonbiblical nonsense for lukewarm cowardly fake Christians.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80255575

Actually, The " Rapture" is a well docummented Biblical Event.
It is the Pre-Trib Rapture that is a Lie.
A Pre Wrath or Mid-Trib Rapture Event has the most Scritures that seem to point to that Timeframe.

Jesus in Mat Ch 24, rules out a Pre-Trib rapture, by describing Early to Mid- Tribulation Events that his followers would see and experience.

But many people of weak Faith, still follow the Pre -Trib Rapture Theory.
When It fails to Occur on their schedule, hopefully they will not fall away from the Faith.

No, I've got you exactly right. you don't know those who believe in the rapture/resurrection event as described in the bible, yet you not only judge them, you are nasty and abusive towards them. how very carnal and of the world.

I highly doubt you were escorted out for politely disagreeing with a phd, more likely you were escorted out for being rude, disruptive, and an asshole like you are on every rapture thread.

If you don't believe in it, why are you on every thread about it?

because you know its the truth and you want to keep people from the truth and keep them following the false BS that you do.

I don't think it'll happen. Otherwise how does the beast declare war with the christians.

Radagast, the rescue mission is on now, not after the Rapture:

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” Mark 16:15

“And proclaim as you go, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” Matthew 10:7

For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! 1 Corinthians 9:16

“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14

The rapture is most probably the last boat out of here but it still happens after trib and before wrath.

TV Evangelists talk about anything Bible-related - it's a hook and lore. They talk about Jesus, God, healing - whatever it takes. It does not make them an example of Christianity any more than the Pope, Joseph Smith, or David Koresh. And the Bible warns over and over again about these "money grabbing" types.

The faithful in Christ are waiting for God to take away the Bride, like Enoch was.
 Quoting: Grundig

Where do you think Enoch has been all this time? In heaven with a corrupted body?
 Quoting: Achduke7

Enoch died according to Hebrews.

Heb 11:13 (KJV) These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

Enoch is on that list.
 Quoting: MindWideOpen

So what does this mean?:

"By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: “He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” Hebrews 11:5
------------------------------------

"Jesus is ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Act 4:11-12

Well, if you just have a problem with the word "Rapture", we don't have to use it.

The faithful in Christ are waiting for God to take away the Bride, like Enoch was.

God snatched Enochs soul out of his body just prior to the death of his body. This is the way all believers leave this world. Jesus said that whoever believes in him will NEVER die.

Joh 11:26 (KJV) And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

All of us are taken to heaven just prior to the death of this earthly body and we never experience death.
Christians comfort one another with this - John 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

He did not feel a painful death. He was just taken from life to death.

He was not resurrected into a new body like Christ.

Enochs soul went to Abraham’s bosom and later, at the resurrection of Christ, he was given his glorified body along with all the other Old Testament saints.

You allow these people to dictate the message to you?

Are you serious?

Dude, I'm about done with you.

You just try to make me look bad.

Look at your "faith" leaders teaching you this bullsit while they live as kings!

Holy shit.

During the hurricane in houston, first osteens church closed its doors.

Then a news piece was aired about it, so they opened to all the people that were flooded out and lost their homes and were almost broke, looking for refuge.

Osteen proceeded to trot his wife out on stage and she begged them to give their last pennies for a "blessing".

I wanted to fucking vomit.

I will worship God MY way.

Fuck all this, and you have a nice day.

I'm not trying to make you look bad - I'm just underscoring what you say.

I don't believe in Olsteen and Masonic TV Evangelists.
They are not in any way an example of Christian pastors nor of believers. You constantly posting about them as an example of believers is just as deceiving and bad as what those TV Evangelists do.
 Quoting: Grundig

Well, all those money grabbing assholes teach pre trib rapture.

Hollywood, the best of vipers, makes movies on it starring Nicolas cage who admittedly hates God.

So, you do the math on that bullshit theory.
 Quoting: Radagast the Brown

TV Evangelists talk about anything Bible-related - it's a hook and lore. They talk about Jesus, God, healing - whatever it takes. It does not make them an example of Christianity any more than the Pope, Joseph Smith, or David Koresh. And the Bible warns over and over again about these "money grabbing" types.
 Quoting: Grundig

Iirc correct, time magazine called osteen "America's faith leader" a few years back.
To find inspiration, you must look for it, but, fortunately, it wants to be found.

Live free.

Die well.

Re: This is quite possibly the last few days before the Rapture
Father, Forgive me, I am a sinner. I am sorry for all my sins, and I am sorry or falling into sin all the time. Forgive me.

I ask for mercy in Jesus' name.

Amen
