Some of us still grow the old bud. The new shit is just that, shit. Anyone who knows about marijuana knows the original strains and that anything after is a hybrid at best.

Theres a scaffold guy i met on a job. He's got a legit cali grow. Then he's sells vape pens. 20 bucks a cartridge. I haven't been a daily smoker in 8 years. It was good but I wasn't wrecked. But was nice to run out in the garage take a few rips every 4 hours or so. I haven't been working much so I was just enjoying my little staycation. But I applied for this salaried job . They required a piss test. I postponed it by 3 weeks . I did nothing but smoke for 3 weeks . It would have been 21 days since I quit. But with an extra 3 weeks im good . It was good but not great. It was a good sativa buzz. Thats all I wanted . I did buy a bunch of carts from the guy. I dont like being stoned 24 7. But it would be nice at home every once in a while . I work construction on the road and some of my coworkers get way too baked to be at work. I also grew 10 years ago. It was fun little science experiment. But I just gave up smoking for 8 years. Then decided to try it out again. Then quit again. I might again next month when I'm sitting at home getting my guaranteed 40 hr a week. But probably not. I been getting into practicing my 2A rights. And they don't mix. Smoking not on my high priorities list anymore.

I'd smoke pot if it was the pot from the 90's. Seedless pot ruined pot. Everybody got tricked into designer seedless. At that other people had complete control over what you smoke. Those people are ruiners.

Haze is a classic 70's strain that is a polyhybrid of weed from several exotic locales in this world. Therefore Haze is shit according to you.

May be un-manicured and ratty looking but that is some fine smoke no doubt with the cerebral effects a lot of people today are pining for.

70s pot LOL! Mexican and Colombian were all we could get. The Mexican was stocks, seeds and insect parts. Sometimes you would find honey combs. Then you had to get a shoe box lid to remove seeds by the roll method. The pot stunk as well as shit taste. Colombian was better. All pot looked terrible back then. Anyone remember Thai sticks? Nice pot but pricey. Here in BC we have our world famous buds. Beautiful to look at. Fantastic smell. My house always smells like citrus. Lemon and orange from the sweet pot I get. Delivered to my door! Online pot here is fantastic.

You dont have to do rollups or bowls packed full taking massive rips.

I grew bigger plants than that in the guerilla days when I had to haul five gallon jugs of water through the woods every day just to get through the drought. For now it's indoor growing but wait till I get outdoors again. Homemade organic compost and no need for chemicals including "nutes" (another factor in why people think today's weed is crap).

Be careful where you shop. Lots & lots of fake landrace seeds not as advertised .Remember, landrace sativas can grow 14 ft. tall. Many require expert level of experience for success. Stay away from Super Malawi for sure!!!

My good friend's got 50 year's experience and has tried everything. Consider carefully the replies above. We know a hell of a lot more than you!

I want a bunch of those Ace Seeds strains! Golden Tiger and the Malawis are at the top of the list.

Malawi grown indoors is a big disappointment.

Have you tried Boss OG?, I tried it a while back and found that it seems to unlock my creative side. So rather than a couch lock movie day, I found myself writing music and being creative in a number of ways…..and it wasn’t a fluke, after trying other strains I went back and tried it again and found the same results except I have a very hard time finding flower and even more trouble finding seeds….I would stick with this forever if I could get seeds and keep it consistently growing.
