Melbourne live now kicking off

I emailed the following to Rukshan who is filming the protest by construction workers in Melbourne today , however this applies right across Australia no matter what industry you are in .

Can anybody suggest what I’m saying is incorrect?

Can anybody help in getting this out there ?

There should be something with similar wording in other countries within their workplace health and safety ?

I am writing to you in this manner as I don’t have any social media , but because your in the thick of this I wonder if you can get this information to some of the leaders of this protest .
I don’t know how to get this out to the many protesters
There is legislation already in place an act of parliament in fact , that will support the cause of all these construction workers throughout Australia and most likely every worker in the Australian workplace .
It is the workplace health and safety act , the federal one .

This is a huge document , but if you go to section 4 paragraph 42 and read the wording about substance and authorisation .
I have attached a pic of the relevant section and paragraph below .

We all have a duty under this legislation to report any potential dangerous work practices to our workplace health and safety officer and or union
This vaccine is not approved and not authorised by the TGA , it falls into the same category as drugs and alcohol on site .

We already know via the TGA website that this substance causes untold number of adverse side effects including death .
It should be driven home that anybody working on site could be subject to sudden blood clots , passing out , heart attack etc etc , therefore placing other workers in danger especially if they are operating machinery possibly causing severe injury and or death to others !!
There are clearly fines in place for this as stated in the legislation and judges are bound to uphold it , they cannot make up separate interpretations of this act , judges are there to rule on law .
By applying the fines to the body responsible for forcing the workers to take an unauthorised substance , in this case the government and or the union for not taking appropriate safety measures .
Every worker in Australia has the right and responsibility to abide by this law and the law supports them , it is written in plain English within the Legislative act

This should be pointed out to the workplace health and safety officers , the union , and the ombudsman overseeing this .
What are the members doing paying the union who are not looking after their interests !!
This entire fiasco could be brought to a halt immediately until the vaccine is proven safe .
The legislation is there for anyone in Australia to read and it is bestowed upon them to use it Ps
In addition , technically every vaccinated worker should not be on site as they pose a risk to the unvaccinated!! Lol
