Back in 1905, the supreme court ruled in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that It is within the police power of a State to enact a compulsory vaccination law, and it is for the legislature, and not for the courts, to determine Page 197 U. S. 12 in the first instance whether vaccination is or is not the best mode for the prevention of smallpox and the protection of the public health. Before this was reconstruction, before that was the civil war, before that, well you get the point. As of right now, the emporer Xiden can force you to take the vaccine at gun point unless congress passes a new law overriding the supreme court, or the supreme court reexamines the previous ruling. There is only one way to preserve liberty and freedom now, by watering a tree. All the more disgusting for all these right wing idiots constantly digging up the grave of the big H and laying all their American Empire nonsense on him. They NEVER mandated vaccines, they NEVER mandated experimental gene therapy injections, they NEVER mandated masks or presumably ever even suggested such a thing. Your precious holy America, destroyer of evil, had already been forcing sterilization and vaccination legally for over 20 years before "they" came into power. Your precious holy America had already been poisoning people in mass "vaccination" experiments in the 20s. There is so much more to it.
