No need to see the movie, the movie came to me several years back when my best friend killed himself.

He was born and raised in Scientology and had been deemed an enemy of the church. He was never able to break free mentally, I tried to help him but was unable to. His sister had hung herself several years back due to neglect from the church as well. I'd offer him a place to stay when things got rough for him, and the church discovered who I was and would call me at times to check on him. Fucking nutbags!

After he died, several of his family members showed up at my house and held a funeral on my property. His brother was C-org just like my friend, but recently stepped down in order to treat some health issues which required drugs that aren't permitted in the org.
