One of the people he knew was overdosing on opiates,...One friend was an army medic, the other a Coreman . In La County, Orange County, and urbanized SoCal , the cops kind of coexist with the Cartel markets, so a Cop on scene somewhere actually is not rare. Basically what happened The cop at gunpoint would not allow them to save his life, after they fervently tried. It was reported , but because the dude was a Drug addict, homeless person , with no family, no one cared . Thanks for sharing, sounds horrific. I have seen Feds and local police gangs working with Cartels do much much worse, but the disbelief I would have to suspend in the average reader, and length of the text, make posting it not practical.. |
