If you have to wear one, buy one that is made with a copper impregnated fabric. While I know they don't prevent a viral infection, some countries just aren't listening.

The copper helps with stopping the growth of bacteria on the mask so you are not rebreathing the bacteria back into your lungs. Good for kids too. I found mine on Amazon. I had multiple follow up Doctor visits I had post op. & I had to wear the mask or I couldn't see my Doc.

This will come to an end, make no mistake about it. Over the last 3 days here in the USA, things are breaking loose. Several whistleblower nurses & docs are coming forward & telling the truth about what is actually happening. I am hopeful for the first time in months!

In the USA there are laws in every state that forbids use of mechanical restraints . Coverings , cloths or devices that limit access to or interferes with the normal functioning of body parts. The laws are specifically for students in school settings, hospitals and nursing homes. Those laws are there to protect people. There are Federal guidelines on the web specifically for schools. Coercion is a restraint. The mask must be voluntary. Or it is a coerced mechanical restraint. I am a psych RN I am bound by those laws. So are the schools If tour business is practicing medicine they are too.
