first of all what kind of heaven doesn't have your pets

second why wouldn't God make room for them in His infinite universe

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79582134

I had a small birdhouse that a momma wren
laid her eggs in.
They hatched and two babies stayed around.
I went to get the mail out at the road and
when I came back and got to the front door,
I almost stepped on them.
They both sat there at my feet hopping around
singing their little hearts out.
I didn't know if they could fly or not,
so I picked them up and sat them on a manger
we have just outside the front bay window.
The cats got in the windows to see what was
going on, and the little birds sat there
singing to the cats all afternoon.
The cats seemed to love it, and they weren't
in attack mode either.
Those little birds sang to us every day.

Then they were gone.

Don't know what became of them, but God does.

From the moment they were born,
they DID HIS WILL.

The Bible says when they left this world
their departure DID NOT ESCAPE GOD'S notice.

GOD IS LOVE.

They are with Him and will be FOREVER.

As will your DAISY.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80914906

FYI- Your cats ate your singing birds.
 Quoting: uhhuh

You are an evil person.
(our cats have NEVER been out of the house)
I will see those birds again one day in Heaven.
WILL YOU BE THERE?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80914906

Oh, and BTW, our cats LOVED to sit in the
bay window and the wrens sat just inches from
them singing their hearts out.
There are of course screens in the windows,
but we used to wonder if they would snatch
their little friends up and eat them given
the chance? We'll never know now, but I'd
like to think not.
They never hunted in their lives and they were
never hungry, and they never chattered at the
wrens or went into "attack mode".

This is true.
Don't let her suffer.

God LOVES His animals.

They, and the Holy Angels,
unlike us,
are His SINLESS CREATURES.

For those who think God abandons them?

GOD HIMSELF MAD A COVENANT WITH THEM!

GENESIS 9
8 And God spake unto Noah,
and to his sons with him, saying,

9 And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you,
and with your seed after you;

10 And with every living creature that is with you,
of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of
the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark,
to every beast of the earth.

11 And I will establish my covenant with you,
neither shall all flesh be cut off any more
by the waters of a flood; neither shall there
any more be a flood to destroy the earth.

12 And God said,
This is the token of the covenant
which I make between me and you
and every living creature that is with you,
for perpetual generations:

13 I do set my bow in the cloud,
and it shall be for a token of a covenant
between me and the earth.

so cute

Daisy was the ultimate pacifist cat

lizards would run right by her face knowing she didn't want to hurt them

we had a nest for a while in the back yard, they set up camp when we were away at cabo for 7 days

Daisy would go on her normal rounds in the back yard, the momma bird didn't like that at all, would fly down pecking at her, and finally realized Daisy was no threat so she would landin front of her and peck at her face

Daisy would never hurt any bird, she took the pecking and carried on, never hurt anyone

If the animal is suffering, euthanasia is a humane act of mercy. If you’re not sure, go to a good vet, they will be able to discern if your cat is suffering and can provide you with the information you need to make a decision.

Jesus returns on a white horse.

Revelation 18:11-13:
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He [a]had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

If I were God, I would consider all the creatures I made, especially the ones I created to show love towards mankind. I am not God, but I know that God is love and His love and mercy is infinitely greater than mine. If I, a mere human, have enough love to want my pets with me in eternity, I can safely speculate that He wants at least that.

Proverbs 12:10:
The righteous care for the needs of their animals, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.

Job 12:7-9
7 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; 8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. 9 Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this?

He includes them in His kingdom:

Isaiah 11:6-9:
6 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. 7 The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. 8 The infant will play near the cobra’s den, and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest. 9 They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the LORDas the waters cover the sea.

1 Corinthians 13:8-13:
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away... 13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Daisy is her name

i rescued her from my ex-wife, pets always ended up either released to never be seen again or seriously kept in the freezer after not being taken care of

anonstoner

i'm faced with the hard decision, she is not suffering when she isn't moving lol which you have to understand with this cat is never since being a kitten

she's basically a throw pillow, so how to decipher if i should actually euthanize? body count

so there's a scale online to estimate he body count, it's less than 1 in Daisy's case, poor girl feels fine when at rest but doesn't want to get up to drink or eat

so believe me i have pet insurance so hospital stays, ultrasounds, probably cancer in intestines and liver spot, intestinal lymphoma but no way to know for sure, too old to put under anesthesia

doesn't come try to get pets anymore or sit on me

quality of life is nope

she's done, sneaking off to find places to die, she finally settled on the downstairs bathroom

so i moved her favorite padded mat from the kitchen to the bathroom and put her on it

tomorrow the mobile vet comes to evaluate and euthanize

it's a mixed bag, she was my best cat ever, she saw me through the hardest times of my life, she was lazy and a total stoner, independent and knew what she liked

better than most people i meet
 Quoting: Anonymous Pet Lover 79582134

Why not take her to the er vet or even your vet. They can xray her and see if possibly it has to do with her heart. My one dog started similar symptoms, they took an xray, said he had an enlarged heart and a heart murmur. He was put on enalapril and a more expensive, but wonder drug..vetmedin. It was like he was a new dog with a day or two.

Prayers for Daisy.

op give her some catnip / valerian root. give her some lysine in warm oily fish, like tuna, material, salmon, sardines. Daisy probably just has an upper respiratory irritant and that's why she's not eating. spoil her and get the lysine in her, you can mix it with food. catnip stimulates the appetite for kitties.

will pray for her.

before she went, i played the piano for her, and she stumbled over and sat next to the piano to listen with her radar ears

she went outside once and did a lap in the yard, almost like she was saying goodbye to her yard

she slept with me in the bed for the last week, unusual for her, she had to lay right up against me

i think she knew way before we did

So sorry to hear about this! I had to have my 15 and a half year old kitty euthanized back in April. She spent most of her life either very close to me (which was such a privilege for me) or in my room. I swear there had been 4 or 5 times upon entering my room and realizing she is gone , that I feel I'm being stabbed in the heart.
