The moth proceeds to tell the doctor that he's hopelessly addicted to drugs, alcohol and pornography, and his wife cheated on him then left with their 3 kids, then he got fired after he wrecked his car

".. to top it off, Doc, on the way over here I shit my pants"

The Doctor pauses....." Sir,...it is very apparent you are really having a great deal of difficulty with some things here, but......I'm a foot doctor........it seems to me that you need to talk to a counselor ......why did you come here ?"

The moth replies... " Oh,....the light was on "
