Some bit of proof a lot of twitter accounts/tweets can be faked

Is the very limited message length to make it easier to create an AI for?

been going on for a long time, at least 15 years...am glad people can see it more clearly now.

pretty much when social media was hatched, that shit was already going on...on dating sites, on facebook. idk about MySpace. maybe not at it's outset...but, maybe.

Aye, I grew up on the internet and would agree it started long ago, it has speed up a lot in the recent years however.

makes it easier (quicker and faster) to use the bots to push agenda, propaganda, dis/misinformation...limited speech likely has advantages in using machine learning...if you have interacted with most AI it's easy to see fairly quickly it's fake. but, when the exposure is lengthy and involved (detailed) it's the bots become more obvious to see as the bots they are.

Before it was just scripted programs written by actual humans, now its turning into actual AI where the software can make unique profiles and identities all on its own.

i think it's always been an integral part of dating sites though. all to lure you in to spend money to sign up to meet people. pretty repugnant, imho. don't get marketing oneself like that anyway though.

also, what is in the public domain about tech is decades behind what exists. learned long ago that tech is held back until it's set up for profiting and such...and they put who they want in to lead the tech and social media companies.

they are good people who don't like what is going on, but don't have the means or power to change it and cannot speak out against it.

it's on Twitter and it's been posted here, too. They have fake people all across social media...report those profiles to fb or Twitter as being fake and they are still left up because they are up to cause problems between men and women, and to cause degenerate and to degrade degrade degrade.

This has been known for a very longggg time. There are companies that hollyweird people, influencers, and others pay to use bots to create followers. Same for You Tube and every other platform

no, the highest problem is that it is it can be a means to more easily delete and remove people. it cannot move forward...even as blockchain....it's no good, not while bad and evil people are still here and not after either...because it won't be needed.

A big indicator for me that a twitter account is fake is they don't reply if they are a small account. Big accounts of course ignore all their reply guys but pleb accounts will engage with everyone for the notification dopamine hit. When an account with less than a few hundred followers doesn't engage back it's a good indication they are a bot account.
