Milk thistle, SAMe is what was prescribed for my parrot, but I've read good things about artichoke, dandelion, vitamin c and d.

Need to cut out refined sugar and alcohol while healing the liver.

Obviously and unfortunately your brother has poor health since he is one blood pressure meds. Most meds harm the body in some way. The vax may have harmed his liver. But the plethora of other drugs doctors readily prescribe and Americans scarf down harm either the kidneys or the liver.

I hope they can figure out how best to tear him. I don’t know about liver cleanses, but maybe fasting would help? It helps clear the body. He may require more intense treatment, but it does’t hurt to try.

The shots hurt the liver some. His liver may have already been in trouble and then the shots pushed him over. Look into a liver detox.
