The doctors need to organized and find a way to practice medicine independent of the government

There are a lot of treatments that have been outlawed and it is illegal to practice medicine without a license as well.

I thought of a possible way around it.

You could say you were acting, pretending, playing a part in a theater production.

You could set up a stage, and have a script.

You could say it's "improv".

You could ask people who had expressed a curiosity about outlawed medical treatments to "pretend" to be someone receiving them, in a dramatic play production about it.

Then the whole procedure would be art.

As it stands "art" falls outside of legal regulation.

We do not have Art Police yet.
