Empire Builder Derailment - Terrorism? Operator Error? Delta-8 ?

Over the last 3-4 years, there have been many attempts to mess with the
U.S. rail system.

Lat month, a Bellingham woman plead guilty in federal court to a terrorist attack and violence
against Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway in northwestern Washington.

There are frequent attempts up in BC and Alberta.

Thoughts?
