Isn't a micronova essentially a reboot, Or like deleting a computer program or reformating a drive ready to run a new program on.  YES hence the artificial chip shortage. They are stockpiling it for post dec 21 2021 world as solar nova will EMP all electric equipment. TIP:put your imp electronic gadgets in microwave oven (it acts as a farady cage) and in steel dustbin full covered with aluminum foil!
