Patients have the right to refuse treatment without reprisal. It's been among the Patient's bill of rights for at least 40 years. Patient's never had to take the Flu vaccine. This sets a precedent. No one should be forced to take any medical treatment. End of story! |

Why does the Canadian Immunization Act exist? Are they suddenly pretending it never existed? Are they ignoring the fact if you get jabbed and injured you can't legally do anything ?
