I think dividends are better than capital appreciation because one bad missed earnings and your appreciation becomes vaporware... Although the problem for me is the alleged loss, but that's just a great way to say; "We spent so much upgrading our network for 5G that we overspent from our profits and now have a healthy tax deduction..."
