Anyone's Landord Sniffing Around Now That Vaccine Mandates Being/Are Rolled Out In Many Countries??

Your landlord is looking for a reason to get rid of you. They are usually parasites so no surprise. I don't know where you are in Canada but where I am there is a housing shortage and rent is going up and up.

My tenants must be fully vaccinated in order to rent at my properties, but this is not new was implemented in August. Not a single person opposed.

For what purpose?

Don't care if they are or are not and will not ask either. Realistically they are just as likely to catch it and spread it either way.

I just ask for online banking or checks by mail and little to no contact in person.

Just like I can't screen the guy I have coming to clean the furnaces before winter sets in.

I personally wear a mask when I show a place but I won't require it of another. I consider it a courtesy.

I just feel like I'm keeping the place clean if you do choose to rent. When masks were mandated here I was unfortunately required to refuse to show apartments to people who weren't wearing them. Not my choice.

Probably a way to keep the unvaxxed blacks out.

Evidently he hasn't read the "science" himself from the CDC, NIH & WHO. The MSM & government for some strange (ha) reason are not communication, or clarifying, this to the massess who are not fact checking them, or the fact checkers they blind faithfully trust instead of themselves going to the official sources.

His vaxxed ass & his vaxxed tennants are "not immune" from getting Covid. Nor are they immune from super spreading Covid at all the Covid passport-required workplaces, bars, restaurants, public gatherings, big crowd events & sports stadiums. Then, the vaxxed also super spread Covid to any unvaxxed they come across in public, back at home & when they go show their vaccine passport to get into the nursing home when they see go to see grandma.

Plus, the vaxxed are much more of a danger threat to the unvaxxed.. than the unvaxxed are to them as their is 3x vaxxed vs unvaxxed circukating around.. and their "science" says their vax gives them a huge amount of protection over & above their 99.7% average survival rate and that 90% of the ICU capacity & of 90% Covid deaths are the unvaxxed.
