Used to get poison ivy Realllly bad when I was a kid, got put on steroids everytime.

Knowing you've been exposed and washing the Urishol (oil) off immediately is the only way to really "beat" it. For that I used to use gas, bleach, or something called "Fels-Naptha" bar soap (a bar soap used for laundry containg naptha)... but you gotta get it immediately, like within 15 minutes before your body reacts...

Once your body reacts, it's normal contact dermatitis, just treat it like any other allergic rash, oatmeal baths/soaks seemed to help me the most...
