My favorite is Levon Helm doing The Weight with The Band, runner ups King Harvest Has Surely Come, and Cripple Creek

Most likely greatest song though is Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones with Mick Jagger singing.

Then there is Ronnie Spector doing the lead for Be My Baby with the Ronnettes...


Has any great voice been more prolific and consistent than Van Morrison?
